I recently visited Aravali Resort for my brother's birthday celebration, and while the property itself is beautiful and located just an hour from Gurgaon, the staff's professionalism left much to be desired. The ambiance and facilities are great, but the service issues overshadowed our experience. Overall, it’s a nice place for relaxation, but improvements are needed in staff training.
